  • How do I sign up to the RedFix network?

    Becoming a member of our network is very easy. Fill in the online application form. You do not need any additional documents for this. You subsequently log in to our free app. You can then get started right away.

  • How much does signing up and using RedFix cost?

    The registration for freelancers and professionals looking for a permanent role is 100% free of charge. Clients and employers pay a fixed amount of €895 per year or €95 per month and get unlimited access and use of the RedFix platform during 12 months, regardless of how many jobs are accepted or submitted. RedFix keeps the economy moving: freelancers and skilled professionals find interesting and rewarding positions and clients and employers do not pay ridicule commissions and surcharges. 

  • What kind of clients are part of the RedFix network?

    The clients and employers in our network are active in many different sectors. This includes agriculture, construction and healthcare, but also logistics and event support.

     
  • What makes RedFix different from other online work platforms?

    Most platforms charge hourly fees or high subscription fees. We don’t. Freelancers work directly for clients, and employees directly for the employer. Payments are made directly from the client to the freelancer or the employer tot the employee. Furthermore, RedFix is operational in multiple countries. If you like, you can also take on jobs or hire people abroad.

  • How can I, as a company, post jobs?

    Our platform enables you to easily connect with freelancers and professionals looking for a permanent role. Once you have registered your company, you can log in via desktop or via our app. Create your projects and job openings, and enter your preferences. For example, the period for which you are looking for people, which qualifications are necessary and which hourly rate or gross monthly salary you wish to pay. You can find the right candidate directly on our platform. Even if you’re not at your PC or tablet, you’ll automatically receive a notification when we find a match.

  • How long is my registration valid?
  • Subscriptions for employers and clients last one year. After one year, your subscription ends automatically. If you wish to extend your subscription, you can request an automatic renewal at any time.

    What are the odds of getting a match?

    Many different types of clients and employers are connected to our network. Given the fact that both clients and employers as well as the freelancers and skilled professionals emerge from different sectors, the odds of a match are high. Due to the high growth rate in number of users, the odds of a match are only increasing. As we use highly advanced software, finding a match really means it is likely to be a good one.

  • What if I want to work abroad?

    No problem! You enter your preferences yourself, including the countries in which you want to work. You can change these preferences at any point.
